ShotbyBH is a creative growth agency based in Hertfordshire. We make photo and video content and run the social media and Meta ads that put it to work, for local businesses, football clubs and e-commerce brands.

Most businesses end up with one of two problems. They have content that looks good but doesn't bring in customers, or they run ads with creative that nobody stops to watch. ShotbyBH was built to fix both. We combine high-quality production with a real understanding of performance marketing, so everything we create is designed with a job to do: stop the scroll, build trust, and turn attention into bookings, enquiries and sales.

That approach comes from experience. ShotbyBH was founded by Bianca Hedgecock, a photographer, videographer and creative strategist with over seven years in social media marketing. Much of that time was spent inside some of the UK's leading social media agencies, working across paid media, organic social, lead generation and e-commerce. That background shapes how we work: we start with what the content needs to achieve, then make it look as good as possible.

Our work captures more than how a business looks. It captures the atmosphere, personality and energy that make people want to visit, book, buy in or become part of something. That might be a café on a Saturday morning, a tattoo studio mid-session, a club on kit launch day or a product in the hands of the people it's made for.

Today we work with cafés and restaurants, barbers, salons and tattoo studios, gyms and fitness brands, grassroots and non-league football clubs, and DTC brands. We create content for websites, social media, ad campaigns and brand storytelling, and we can manage the channels it goes out on.
